Raw Material Used:
The reels have been specially designed (large winding width L2:D2 = 2.1) to occupy minimum space for a maximum wire weight. The taped shape of the barrel of the flange ratio (d1:d2 = 1.6) ensures trouble free over-end de-reeling of fine wires even in case of extensive transport and thus wire entangling is prevented.

Our containers to IEC 234-3 protect reels and wire during transport
They also serve as take-offs (over end take-offs at high wire speeds) and are therefore supplied with a completely even internal surface.
All containers have sight glasses so that the wire quantity on the reel can be checked during winding without lifting cover. The take off opening is closed by a captive cover. Carrier ropes are fitted on the top to facilitate transport i.e. for fixing a crane hook. The strong design permits a number of full containers to be stacked on top of each other.
